    Well the watermelon example comes with racial connotations perpetuated by American popular culture. So it's not a fair comparison, but I get what you're saying.

    I have a friend who has owned 3 restaurants, and by his account, it's important to distinguish who is eating the plate. The food is served so that the person eating it can enjoy it, and according to his experience, "mild" means two different things depending on who is ordering. There was no intention to be racist in the note "mild, while ppl". That's all I'm saying.
