Well this is a fundamental question about how you look at the law: There are those who believe that if it serves to punish those who "deserve" to be punished that it's working; and there are those who believe that procedural breakdowns, from systemic targeting of certain groups to human error fuckups in collecting evidence, can and should be addressed. I see @Mike Tyson is viewing this thread, and I think he's in law school and can tell you--both schools of thought have and always have had lots of proponents.

Soo.. I'm really not too informed on the Schmurda thing, not to the borderline obsessive level that you appear to be at. What does all of this have to do with Schmurda? Didn't he get locked up for weapon possession and conspiracy to commit murder? If thats the case then yeah he deserves to be locked up. You can feel free to inform me and fill me in if you think he didnt commit any crimes etc
