    He is still the BEST rapper atm. His content isn't what it used to be but technically just from a rhyming standpoint he's better than ever. I wanna say he's not as popular as he used to be but who sells more than him? Who else could get a reaction like he got at that Big Sean concert the other night? He's still as popular as ever. He's not as "big" as he used to be. He's no longer the biggest artist on the planet. He no longer can shut down Times Square and make his fans cry with an appearance like he did in 2002. He's still the best RAPPER out there. Just no longer the biggest and best overall ARTIST like he was 13 years ago.
