Nov 27, 2014 It's been that way for a while. Eminem's always been nice technically but he can't put together a good listenable song anymore. I haven't listened to this this Shady XV album, so i don't know how good/bad it is.. but all of his albums have aged horribly, and this is something a lot of people can't seem to "accept". The "great albums" he put out all those years ago aren't good to listen to anymore. They're dusty. Recovery is a dusty a--- album. MMLP2 is bad.

But nowadays, I think his music has slipped and the s--- I hear now is mostly "catchy beats and hooks". I don't hate the guy or his new music, I just dislike it and can't get into it. Hate is a strong word.
Nov 27, 2014 Eminem's first three albums are undeniable classics, but at this point in my life it's very rare I'd rather listen to them over Take Care. But yeah Drake is definitely better at this point.
