U guys don't get it ? He sacrificed :
1- a love life.
2 - having a wife .
3 - spending family time.
4 - enjoy making bump nonsense music that will be popular & make him rich anyway.
5 - being a normal man who can walk the street and eat in burger king .
6 - all the nights / days he spent bashing his brain to make a MMLP 2 that hip hop fans must appreciate but most didn't ... i mean u can guess what type of guy will write songs as ( groundhog day , wicked ways , baby , don't front ) in this stage of fame and carrer
All i say is

Is Eminem relevant? I don't follow american media much, but i doubt he would be. Unlike most rapper's he neither follows trends nor markets himself in between releases as much as other people and he has been rather inactive for someone with his status and selling power. But then again why should he? He's reached a point in his career where he doesn't need 'hype' or 'relevance' to sell millions in a week. He's established his own style and has made the effort to distinguish himself from the rest of the genre.

Regardless of what detestable demographic keeps Eminem alive, it's obvious that his music means a little more to his fans than a 4 minute listen and a 3 month hype period. Something that allows him this impunity.
