LOL MMLP2, but i must to say that Relapse got a lot of replay value, the beats are really smooth.

i would have to disagree. MMLP2 did not recapture the lightning in a bottle that he set out do. the production is bland and his flow just is ehhh during some parts. there are a few good songs on it though but imo relapse has that same feel the old em had. he was able to flow normally. the only thing that threw me off at points were his accents and excessive kseriel killer parts but i learned to get over all that and enjoy the dre production along with a em who seemed like he was having fun and not forcing everything

did you really just put a------? rap god got really old really fast. brainless is the best part of the album along with groundhog day and don't front. so far is good but thats just because i love the song he sampled. love game is just......... idk it wasnt the type of song i visioned kendrick and em to be on. wicked ways is another one of those songs that turned old really fast and then a------ and legacy deserve no comment

I still think he makes great songs lol.

Also i know he still didn't top prime Eminem lol but the people changes and so him. I really dig his last work, and i am really strict with what i heard. For example, i don't dig that much Relapse or Recovery, and Encore is a piece of s---, but MMLP2 is great. Give to the album another chance.

I thought he was very solid on Shady XV and I enjoyed MMLP 2 for the most part. Arguably at the top of his rhyming ability and "Fine Line" is a classic in my opinion. One big problem I have currently is his delivery. He often sounds monotone and tries to flex his rhyming ability by fitting too much in every verse e.g. "Psychopathic Killer" and "Right for Me". Honestly think Slaughterhouse is to blame because they pride themselves as lyricist and always try and one up each other.

He needs to use "The Warning" delivery. Reminds me of TES, and the laid back flow is just more appealing. It's apparent he can still do that style if he chooses. He's an amazing lyricist, but what's the point if it doesn't sound good? It's frustrating because he used to flow so effortlessly and he's extremely talented, but he is so hit or miss now a days (accent, shouting, choppy flow, blatantly ending a corny line by yelling the last word and stopping the music).

And seriously how is "Survival" on an album titled "The Marshall Mathers LP 2", it's embarrassing. Switch it out for Groundhog Day or Beautiful Pain and make it a bonus track, or just don't include it at all. The song is just gay. Eminem from 2000 would make fun of that song (also Not Afraid, Love the Way You Lie, Lighters, Roman's Revenge, Numb, C'Mon Let Me Ride and whatever other shameful bs he's put out recently).
