It doesn't have a single song that's half as good as Spend Some Time, Like Toy Soldiers, Never Enough or Encore. There were zero great songs and one above average song on MMLP2.

It's not a classic, but neither is Recovery, Relapse, or Encore.

No but it's a solid album. The most frustrating part is it could've been much better had he just chosen the tracklist better. He said he took a long time to make sure he picked the right songs yet he still somehow f----- up. Also some of the beats are kinda wack. I don't like any of the Rubin produced songs really. a------'s beat is just bad. Some of the songs just don't fit the narrative at all. It doesn't feel like one cohesive album like it should. Sounds more like a compilation. Relapse is closer to being a classic than MMLP2 in my eyes. Hopefully on his next album he realizes these mistakes and uses less producers and tries to stick to a concept. You can tell he didn't even know what to call MMLP2 hence why he just decided to make it a sequel. It lacks an identity. Still a 7 to 7.5 album and better than Recovery. But Relapse beats it in almost every way.

I will say this though. Bad Guy on its own is a classic.

The only thing iconic about the album is rap God. Nothing else.
