Sep 2, 2016 Listened to the first half & skimmed the second. I enjoyed the first half but I'm not sure that energy successfully carries to the end without feeling redundant and tiresome. I also notice how distinguished Kendrick Lamar's vocals are compared to the instrumentation versus Isaiah's. It's as if Kendrick's voice is leveled slightly higher and the instrumentation is more in the background while Zay's voice is more equal with the music. I wonder if they made Zay's voice track slightly higher how I'd react to some of these songs.
Sep 2, 2016 1st listen I thought it was average, the 2nd listen it totally just clicked with me (I had the same with cilvia demo) Advice: always listen to zay's albums twice.

Sep 2, 2016 Cool album. Agree with The beats Renegading Isaiah though. He sounded hungrier on CD Smooth a--- album. Will see how good the replay value is
Sep 2, 2016 i really think isaiah sounding laid back and drugged out (mumbling) was a creative decision and fits the sonics of the album perfectly. I guess it comes down to personal preference but I dig it!

Sep 4, 2016 Been getting around to this more and it's a nice creative turn for Zay but it didn't really click with me like Cilvia Demo, or at least none of the songs really blew me away like say a Heavenly Father. It's still a good album and maybe I might go back on this post but I feel this could have been more impressive.
Sep 4, 2016 After 3 listens, I'm starting to get the overall feel of this album. The fact that the production is quite similar to cd makes me compare the albums between each other more, and from that point, cd has to be better. Some creative flows and beats abd dope features, but I feel like 2-3 tracks could have been left out perhaps. Still, pretty solid and plenty of material worrh listening to for moths to come. Now off to travis...
Sep 5, 2016 First listen I listened half a---. It sounded like one huge song. 2nd listen was better. 3rd it clicked. I can feel and hear the differences and I love this type of chill mood music. It might not be for everyone

Sep 7, 2016 Just listened to Cilvia demo again. I love cd, he was more aggressive and the lyrics are a bit better. However TST is such a chill album, this album he made it so chill vibing music.
