    Close to 10 listens in. Yea, this most definitely my favorite Cole project since FNL. Ville Mentality is St. Tropez of this album for me so I feel I'ma start to skip that one pretty soon. I saw a lot of mixed reviews and opinions on this, but I expected it to be that way. It isn't for everybody. Fortunately, it is exactly what I wanted of Cole since his debut so it is for me. The first listen was GOAT tho, I was so confused what the f--- I just listened.

    You're fam, so I respect your right to express what you want. Not sure if this blanket statement includes me but ill address, anyway. I'm one of the older guys on this thread, so my taste in music is different than most. I've always been someone who appreciated substance in music. Future has no substance. He talk about drugs, material things and trap s---. Neither of which I'm accustomed to. His beats are good but I need more from artists to keep my attention. I can't be listening to him rap about percocets and lean. I have a daughter. I won't APPRECIATED something because it's conventional or what have you. I can only appreciate what I deem worthy. Music is totally subjective. What I can't appreciate is just because someone doesn't hold the same viewpoints as you, you find issue with. (This not to chastise you, as an individual). This more for anywone who feels the need to address your original sentiment.

    I know some of yall trolling so its cool. Lmao, but nothing worse to me than n----s that can't appreciate conventional hip hop as well as newer styles of the genre.

    I can literally go from bumping Life is a b---- to play March Madness without a second thought of bothe being dope in their own way. Y'all don't have to like either but thats just me.
