    Eh, March Madness had become one of the hottest song out and Beast Mode and Monster were pretty popular. Future would have found his way over to the mainstream without Drake'/ help. The man does features with everybody.

    and i understand that drakes biggest flaw is just his main material but thats also what makes him drake he raps about love and the trails and tribulations and with artist like j cole they can rap about the streets heavy or rap about a love song he just has more sub topics to dive in off his main topics than drake

    recency bias bro. im sure noone on this forum will talk down on NWTS or TC. But 2016 for drake was a low point aside from the success.

    I hope this project grows on me after 2nd listen. Definitely good but not the Cole I was hoping for I guess. I still think Friday night lights is his best project tbh

    What I love about Drizzy is that even with that he still made it easy for just about anyone to relate to his topics. Anyone that's gone through a relationship should be able to resonate with Connect, Good Ones Go, Doing It Wrong, etc.

    I say it's more on the eyes of the beholder, Vince Staples literally told my life story on S06
