    I actually just listened to the song for the first time in months, it's still a great song
    It's actually funny cuz i never actually disliked TPAB, i thought it is an OK album, but all the f---ing dickriders made me not to listen to a single song from the album for a looong time:laff:

    okay okay okay so to re-iterate

    bells: intro to dudes mind, lots of dark thoughts, depression etc.

    immortal: confessions of an ex-felon, dudes d--- dealing and knows he wants to do better but feels like he has no options. but the end is when he starts getting gassed up and slipping in to the mentality that got his friends killed that he was rapping about earlier. the first half is more sober cole, the second is hype cole

    deja vu: window in to his life, also the first introduction we have to the female lead in this story? not sure if the girl in verse one and 2 are the same but basically it's more just of just a B side to track 2 to help paint his current situation

    ville mentality: depression starts creeping back, has a quarter life crisis like "what am i doin cole" and he blames his surroundings for his stuck in the mud mentality

    am i right so far or are u guys getting something different?

    With that being said, it gives me A Tale of 2 Citiez placement on this album. Which makes me ultimately think this album or at least half of this album was maybe gonna be apart of the FHD double disc???

    Had the exact same feeling, after the first 3 tracks it just fell flat to me. But just had take another spin and im close to start saying i love this album after a couple of spins
