    I just feel like people setting themselves up for disappointment with the Cole/Kendrick collab because there is probably already a preconceived idea of what/how album should be in our heads..just saying.

    GUYS I HAVE TO SAY ...

    i think maybe we are being too easy on Cole tbh, its a good/great album I'm not denying that ... but yo this n----- had TWO FULL YEARS TO MAKE THIS s--- ...

    he came up with a great concept and executed it well, but cmon 10 songs ... 1 split into two parts ... niggad had two full years !!!!

    the fact that he came up with a good concept should not be an excuse to have such a small amount of songs, if they were all perfect sure, but they were not ...

    you came up with a great concept why not build on it more?? have a song from a third person perspective like Caged Bird?? have another song which could become a hit but is sort of a break from the storyline but still related like deja vu (like no role modelz for example)? ... etc... these types of things

    its not like its a ten song album where every second is related to the story and absolutely vital, he should have beefed that s--- up a bit more

    -like i said before even though immortal is a good song he could have had something stronger after the intro, its the b-----r of the album but it doesn't really hit hard enough imo
    -deja vu is good but man you got to adjust to s--- that happens lol, i know a lot of y'all like it but you don't think he could have came up with a better beat for it?? its not even like the beat is that fire, i like the song concept and hook but can't get over exchange ... and I'm the person who LOVED land of the snakes and forbidden fruit, for me thats different cause u bringing back old songs, exchange is literally still opine off on urban radio lol

    SO AS A WHOLE, yes i still like the album and the concept is great, but cmon y'all, this n----- had TWO f---ing YEARS and we get 10 songs, 45 minutes with a decent amount of flaws ... he cuda beefed that s--- up with a couple more songs attacking the concept in different ways
