    word this s--- plays good top down for me because he didn't stray from the objective at any point.

    every song sets up the next, every song ties back to the last.

    some great penmanship at times too, the title track for example. and i still love deja vu first verse.

    ab soul album is gonna wait a couple days

    I'd give the album an 8. I can't stand folding clothes but best production he's had and probably best lyrics he had on a studio album. The for your eyez only track may be my favourite track he's made

    my only issue with rating it that high is that if i'm not playing this past december 2016, then idk how i can give it a 8/10. if it was otherwise perfect, then sure but it's still flawed.

    For me the only real flaw of it is folding clothes everything else to me is good or great. Idk I've only heard it 3 times maybe I'll like it less but even the ville mentality hook has been stuck in my head all day

    word that's all good man. still early for me, some s--- might grow on me, other s--- might get played.

    Yeah I get that first listen I would've given it a 4 tbh seems like it's mostly growing on me for now

    I don't know if I'd ever revisit this. I'm sure it's great and people love it. But it's just not for me I guess. I enjoyed his mixtapes and other albums (aside from Born Sinner that dropped off quick for me). But this I just don't think I'll be listening to much. May even delete it off my ipod next time I hook it up. Wasn't overly bad but wasn't overly great for me :idk:
