Took a minute to enjoy Deja Vu because I love exchange so much but Cole's hook is catchy as f--- so that helped.

maybe not forced but you can tell its mean to be a b-----r but it gets boring halfway through

and thats even me saying that, i don't think i have EVER called a cole song boring lol

to me the beat switch and verse at the end is the best part

think about future too much sauce for example in contrast, i don't know about you but even tho he aint saying s--- i could just bump that all day and not get bored

its a b-----r that actually gets you hyped, immortal just doesn't do that for me

there was a song called "swing my way" and "real niggaz" on the album before, if i understand correctly from the Eyez documentary (4:00) and from the sounds of it they were uptempo songs ...

i wonder why he cut them cause thats exactly what i felt was missing

i just don't get why Cole was vibing so much to the song at 25:15 so much and then its not on the album

from what i hear that song actually would have filled the gap which i feel with the album

Honestly I don't like to over theorize (I leave that to professionals like you), but it's weird to me that everything he previewed is not on the album. That means that he either wanted to show himself working but not give away the 4YEO album or that maybe he was teasing those songs for another project is coming. Who knows.

Yeah, its like everybody got a least fav song on the album. Mine is foldin clothes, but it's not a bad song, just one that's still growing on me.

thats what i thought for real n----s before but then he actually mentions immortal in that exact same clip so i thoughts maybe they were two different songs

but now that u mention the swing my way thing, yeah ur definitely right

so yeah like you said before they thought immortal would serve that purpose of blowing people away first listen (with IB gassing cole up on that thought as usual lol) but it didn't really quite get there

One thing is for sure. He isn't touring with this album. He can perform 5/10 tracks. Plus his daughter on the way. I just hope we are not waiting another 2 years for a full Cole project. This album is but can't leave us waiting that long.

but yeah i really don't get cole, i don't think he's officially dropped any songs we have heard him preview EVER

just think about temptations and shock the world ... he previewed them s----s in that stream like more than 5 years ago ... i wonder if him previewing them is actually the reason they never dropped lol ...

like would we not all love to see the making of the actual songs on the album?? i could understand if he wouldn't want to release that before the album drops, but clearly we know he has been recording the process so he has to have a few dope clips for songs that are actually on the album

we shall see what happens, hopefully your right tho that he's go something else up his sleeves, not going to get my hopes up tho lol

Not trying to spread any false rumors but is it just me or does this picture of James McMillan (killed in NC earlier this year)

Resemble the dude on the left from the Homecoming documentary, who they said went to jail when he was 18 and spent 10 years in there for selling drugs and has a daughter?? The story's quite similar
