    Always thought Nas' was better for a long time but that verse about leaving his hometown but promising to come back one day was just too relatable fam

    I remember when I knew Nas was the best rapper of all time. I had just woken up from the best sleep of my life ( prolly from listening to born sinner) and while lying on my bed, something just made me pick up my phone and scroll straight to stillmatic. Chose "You're da man" randomly and just listening to that song made me know no matter what happened, that day was going to be awesome. Dude sounded so confident and it seemed like nothing could faze him. Nas the best

    My top 10 cole songs in no particular order:

    power trip

    As much as i liked the new album no individual song broke into my top 10 favourites so far title track might over time

    Man, we can trash Born Sinner all we want but Power Trip is the greatest single Cole will ever create. It's perfect for radio and the Cole fans continuing Dreams. GOAT Miguel feature. Production flames. Nothing wasted. Video was flames.

    I was so focussed on the album being about the story of James that on Neighbours when Cole says "MFer I am" that it could also simply mean that Cole is selling dope music lol.
