    Word. It's unrealistic to expext Hov to be able to put forth his full attention on an album anymore. Which means his quality of work will continue to diminish. Like you said, dope features would be a cool look for him since he can put better focus into one verse at a time. But even then, his sword isn't going to be sharp if he's just popping into the studio occasionally to write and record. It's like anything, if you don't stay sharp, it becomes more difficult to regain your skill. It's almost disrespectful to the art in a way, to have guys like Drake/Kendrick/Cole/etc continuing to work on their art daily while also leveling up business-wise then to have Hov just pop back into hip-hop when he feels like it. He's on my Mt. Rushmore of hip-hop but he needs to be more committed or else put the mic down and pass the torch...

    Just my thoughts.

    yeah lol, i haven't posted there in a minute. i used to like KTT when in its first few years, but it got over run by a bunch of troubled 14 year old white kids calling each other cacs :laff:

    This is why I don't like Drake when it comes to subliminals. He aint the only rapper who does it, but things like this verse where it is not clear who he is talking about is b---- made IMO. On a bigger scale, Kendrick did Control saying names. Smaller scale, Cole called out Drake AND Kendrick by name on Jan 28th. I know Drake has said from the beginning he would never beef someone but that has gone out the window with Meek to thank. And Drake should be happy he did for a number of reasons. He didn't say Meek but we knew from that he was talking about him. Make it f---ing clear!

    But for real, what's the point of a subliminal if it's entirely unclear who you're talking about? Like take Kendrick and his Compton verses. He never mentioned Drake, but we all know he was coming at Drake by what he was referencing.

    crazy to think we had plans like this for his road to platinum and he literally didn't do anything and still got to platinum :skip:

    nah he needs to ditch the drake stimulus. Only two rappers that went platinum this year are him and drake. He doesnt need drake anymore

    @2014 Forever Lives JCN At this point it's good old fashioned word of mouth (and tweets/social media) that is responsible for his sales. He currently isn't doing anything to promote it. It's been charting for 9 straight months. Impressive that he's still able to crack the top 50, besides last week
