    don't know how i stumbled upon this but Rae Sremmurd Sremm Life has a far better metecritic rating than 2014 FHD

    78 compared to 67 :hard:

    and the fact that critics think Cole's albums have gotten progressively worse (75 - 71 - 67) :hard:

    the critics really don't know s--- man, they have it so so wrong

    Those are all sure things.

    That leaves two spots which I believe will be between three albums:
    2014 FHD
    The Pinkprint     (because of anaconda, and nicki's pop appeal)
    Tetsuo and Youth (because Grammy's usually give him nods like they did for F&L 2 and they respect him as an artist).

    I think he'll barely get the nod cause it went platinum and neither Kanye, Em, nor Jay dropped this year.

    But all I'm saying is, don't be surprised if he doesn't get nominated. A GOAT like Nas has never won one so I don't even stress it anymore.

    And TPAB will win overall AOTY for sure.

    Tpab deserves every award tbh. If you take Time to analyze the s--- he was saying you'll see how far ahead he is lyrically.

    I remember buying 5 copies of TSS while I was broke as s--- thinking I'm helping cole. I remember handing a couple out, keeping 2 and selling one :laff: stan levels were absolutely ridiculous at that point. I didn't even listen to any leaks because "Cole didn't want us to hear it like this."

    Cole isn't a media favorite. He is forever the people's champ and the media will always overlook him. Only way they don't overlook him is if he drops a project with Kendrick.

    On the collab proj Cole has got to bring that hungry, passionate s--- like h---'s Kitchen verse, Knock the Hustle verses and 03 Adolesence. If he raps like that then Kendrick will have his work cut out for him :jordan:

    He has to rap like that not to sound silly on a track with him, any lower than that is a miss. Temptation and Shock The World are examples of it, Cole verses were melodic af but lyrically not that strong vs. Kendrick having a killer verses + some melodic touch on it. I'm sure Cole would bring everything he has, but we won't ever get those 2 song for the simple fact that Kendrick outshined him by a pretty decent amount. So I'm looking at that album, either it's gonna happen from scratch from 2014, 2015-present, or it won't happen. Both have too much pride to let anything old get released.

    I just want Cole to progress from his last Lp. He'll be in good shape if he does so. More lyrics and maintain the replay value.

    that album is kendrick's born sinner to me. he tried way too hard and took himself way too serious.

    unless i'm missing something, he spells out the concepts for you not only in the music, but the interviews too.

    tpab is a cool 8/10, but nothing more than that. GKMC >*

    Future over Cole AND Lupe makes me SICK!! I don't care how popular he is. His singles can be nominated for all I care. Kendrick or Lupe should win. In terms of the picks, that's pretty much the list but you forgot Big Sean. Im telling you, he is gonna get it ahead of Cole and Imma come back on here and laugh. .

    Came back after the summer & the way some of these guys bash other's peoples opinions because of their artist preferences crack me up.
