    s--- was amazing, it was like an 808s-only version of the Yeezus tour. Only disappointment was that he didn't bring out Jeezy and Wayne (I guess he brought out Jeezy the first night but I heard he f----- up his lines hahaha), though I wasn't really banking on that, it was dope he got Cudi and Mr. Hudson there at least. It was kind of a weird crowd because it seemed like a bunch of people were there not because they like Kanye or this album that much, but for the status of going to a show just because someone big was doing a one time show in town. Of course there were tons off late teenage fuckboys with Red Octobers and mint condition MBDTF shirts smoking newports by themselves in the smoking section (aka the KTT section) as well.

    I'll paste another thing I wrote in the other topic:
    One thing I will say is that this made me appreciate Pinocchio Story a little more because it honestly doesn't really make sense unless you're seeing it live because of the visual cues and the fact that it's more of an impromptu speech than a song (hence why he it's a "live freestyle" on the album). It's still pretty corny and probably the worst song he's ever included on an album, but I at least understand more of why it's there and what he was going for. Didn't even really occur to me that he'd play it because I always think of Coldest Winter as the last track.

    Jay Rock album really is great! You know how Cole talked about riding through New York on his bike listening to Cozz' album, calling it a classic? That's exactly how I feel about this album, just riding around listening to it is perfect :bigquint:

    I forgot Cole won Best Rap Album at the Billboard Music Awards this year. So maybe he does have a shot at the Grammys.

    yo i was just about to post how i haven't heard anything from tidal in a while and was wondering if maybe hov had given up on it haha thats too ironic

    but this still doesn't really mean anything to me tho, i don't know if having 1 mil subscribers is even good and if how long it took them is good/bad ... have no clue how many subscribers spotify have but i would guess its at least 10s of millions

    75 million active users, 20 million paid subscribers. No other music streaming channel has a chance now that apple music is gaining steam though. :idk:

    Honestly.

    Spotify will keep some market share as those who are discontent with Apple as a company will refuse to support them, but there isn't room for a 3rd player in this game anymore.

    Apple Music will continue to get better while other streaming services will be in a constant game of "catch up". The fact that Apple can afford to pay their artists 70% of the income and only keep 30% will inevitably play in their favour too.
