Derrick and Jo been there before. Problem is they brought Keith Bogans and Ronnie Brewer with them in the starting 5. The East will still come down to Chicago vs Bron as usual.

You probably didn't get the point, I was talking bout the Heat. They are stacked this year, maybe the deepest team in the league. If Wade stays close to 100% at playoff time, I can't see Chicago beating them or Cavs.

I thought you were just talking about Lebron dominating them going back to the Heat days. If Miami is healthy they should easily be top 3. That roster looks like it's made to take out the Cavs. Bench play is gonna be huge for them. Gotta see how McRoberts recovered and what you can get out of Amare, Gerald Green, and Justise, even though I have a feeling Justise will be starting for Deng before the seasons over.

I agree. Justise will probably play more in the 2nd half of the season to keep Deng as fresh as possible. My prediction is that Green has a legit chance at 6th man of the year, I can see him dropping 15ppg easily on that 2nd unit. I have Chicago 3rd on my list, but they are also a big question mark as the Heat as far as the health goes. If Rose can give them 18ppg 6ast on decent shooting %, and Mirotić improves as a stretch 4, they have a chance too. Health is the key for both, and the east will be more exciting than people think.

Yeah kind of similar to D Wade, I'm never worried about what Derrick can provide because as long as he's healthy, he's going to produce. I blame a lot of his inconsistency last year on the fact that he was out of the game for 2 years, because no amount of practice can help you mimic the speed of an NBA game. Not to mention the team was completely different than the one he left in 2012. Niko, Snell, and McBucket's improvement is gonna be huge.

Definitely agree on Gerald Green for 6th man, whenever he's focused he will always put up numbers.

I think the East will go something like:
    1. Cleveland
    2. Chicago
    3. Miami
    4. Atlanta
    5. Washington
    6. Milwaukee
    7. Toronto
    8. Boston/Indiana

I think Orlando, New York, and Detroit will all be in the mix for that last spot.

Yea, I'm thinking he'll make it through this season without a serious injury. Minor setback are probably possible, like Wade had last year with hamstring, which is funny cause he said knees bothered him only for a 2 or 3 games last year. He was just unlucky as D-Rose with this facial injury. These standings are spot on. Who you got coming out the West?

Assuming they're healthy I'm going with OKC. Russ took his game to another level last year and I think it's time for them to finally get back to the Finals. It's a blood bath out there though, I could definitely see GS, SA, or HOU making it. Who you got??

I mostly agree but Milwaukee is way too low and washington will be fourth.

Yeah you can make an argument for both to be higher, I just think replacing Pierce with Dudley is a downgrade on the court and in the locker room. I like Milwaukee. They remind me of OKC a few years ago and Kidd is a great coach, but they have to prove they can play at a high level for 82 games.

Same. OKC has 2 of the top 5 players in the league reaching their prime and they both are unguardable. Plus they finally have a great coach who will actually run some plays instead of just putting the ball into their hands. One of them will probably win MVP if Pelicans don't get 50+ wins which in unlikely

Dont see how people can say rap's a young man's game when songs like this exist

    :mjcry::mjcry::mjcry::mjcry:

These og's have a different perspective, and it's interesting to hear this more grown up, mature pov in hip hop.
This scarface album might creep up to my favorite of the year. pretty close to 10/10 imo it's a shame to see it getting slept on
