I think I found new respect for KDot after watching Straight Outta Compton movie. It made the projects more relatable and made sense why is he doing the stuff he does (activism etc). I wasnt born in that era or in that country so I needed some visuals to give me an upgrade of the picture I had in my mind. I could see some KDot stories in the movie, which is sad, because things didn't change a lot, I guess.
Also I think the movie couldn't have been released in better time than now, because similar situations happening at that time and now. I'm just a spectator from overseas, but that is just how I see the whole police, racism stuff happening in the US. I'm also a firm believer that things have to be discussed in order to make a change so every convo can help to make change. If no one tells me I'm doing something wrong I'll continue to do the same/wrong thing.
Plus, Black Hippy (TDE) could've been the NWA of this generation.

k guys i dont wanna over anaylze or anything but this tinashe video has a crazy concept

it starts of with "all in a good time" and if u are a fan of tinashe as all of u should, u know that all her tapes transition so well because there chronological she leads up to the next tape every time, like with her black water mixtape the song "aint ready"

then she leads to release "2 on" which in most places u have to be 21 to drink so she had "2 on" already ready when she made that track and was giving us a hint

so in this video "bet" which is of her Aquarius album and that album had more of a dark vibe to it, compared to the ep she put out after it with amethyst which was a little more lighter, and hearing about her new album is called "joyride" and this intro saying "all in a good time" this has to be telling us her new album is going to be more poppy more happy,

and thats literally just of the first 2 secs of the video if i get to the dance moves and the end it will be crazy, but yea maybe im over thinking idk, ill stop here

so shes in a tunnel with cars going by her which means there has been people that have been getting better recognition since her fame started and they went past her, but shes dancing/walking in the tunnel which means she was taking her time comfortable in her position while they drove by not knowing whats at the end of the tunnel

and in the first verse leading to the hook "ill be here to hold yaa" she knew those guys would fail and everyone would recognize thats shes there and shes the best, and we know that her new album is "joyride" so once she gets to the end of the tunnel she knows itll be a smooth ride cause she took her time to get there by doing it how she wanted and not how everyone else was rushing there

holy s--- the vid goes into "Feels like vegas" which means shes taking a risk finishing the tunnel, but if she comes out big, then she made it

and if u look in the description it says End of Era I which means throughout her career she'll be marking it by eras so we can choose which era was our favs when shes done
