I feel like the first two bars might be shots at Drake too with all the ghostwriting rumors when he says "if i quote it n----- / i wrote it ni-----" then an allusion to the six "six head shots, i'll erod a n-----"

obviously chose the number 6 for a reason right?

include the first couple lines and that's references to both Future and Drake right in a row. Plus, remember K.Dot has that line about "ghostwriter, man WTF happened?" on King Kunta and him and drake always have had those subtle digs at each other.

Rappers, like other artists take their craft serious. He take a lot of s--- on this thread and I'm sure from other people, but the truth of the matter, he can REALLY RAP. He didn't diss kdot. And I know you can't tell tone through text but clearly he's being facetious. His s--- 10x better than pink print. He just want love. Neither of us can really feel his pain because we aren't in his shoes.

But with the lists now, my dream scenario is Cole winning RAOTY and Jeremih winning so he can s--- on Def Jam for the poor treatment. Kendrick winning AOTY and few others for Alright. Drake winning for Back to Back just so he can finally say to Meek Amen (). And someone explain why Fetty Wap isn't up for New Artist??? I'm not the biggest fan but this n----- was legit EVERYWHERE!! true, but saltiness always comes off as weakness. if you're so confident in your craft be confident about it, don't just crumble at the first sight of hate.

also, he makes it seem like the world is against him for no reason. like it never occurred to the dude that maybe there are people out there really making groundbreaking music and he might need to try to step it up a little bit more instead of huffing and puffing on twitter when the whole world doesn't agree that his music is the best thing that ever existed.

Kendrick taking everything in the hip hop category for sure. Both TPAB and alright are the only rap related items nominated for AOTY and SOTY so no doubt they'll win in their respective categories so I don't see Cole or Drake winning those. Jeremih has a chance though.

I don't even disagree with the premise that he feels disrespected. If that's the case cool and channel it into your music like Big Krit did when he made Mt Olympus and made one of the best albums of 2014. Let it push you to strive for greatness.

It's not like Wale is necessarily wrong and even though I don't think he should be nominated it's fine for him to feel like he should be up there. But constantly complaining on social media and responding to trolls is not productive in any shape or form. Like @El Ares said, it's a display of weakness if you are so concerned with outside opinions. There's definitely some deeper insecurities he needs to take care of.
