    Cole really is the greatest of all time (not just saying this for the h--- of it...I'm serious) when it comes to conveying emotion. From Lil Ghetto n----- to Farewell to Born Sinner title track to 03 Adolescence to most recently on Caged Bird. I can really feel the pain and sincerity in his voice. It just resonates with me and feels more genuine than any other rapper.

    Man fuckkkk, I took some time to really soak in these songs. After listening to Cole's Folgers Crystals and Caged Bird verses, I seriously feel that same exact excitement I did when I first heard Friday Night Lights... no joke, this sounds like a new Cole with new confidence.

    He's offically entered his prime... this s--- is insane. I have no doubt in my mind that next album is going to be nothing short of incredible.

    And I honestly don't want the collab to drop before his solo now. I feel like once he kills it with his solo album, he'll change a few more minds, and people won't come with biases when its collab time. Too many Kendrick dickriders out there at this moment.

    word, i have very similar feelings to you in two ways, first off now that the dust has settled it has really registered with me how great a cole song caged birds is ... no doubt classic cole but he's just racked up so many gems along the years at this point that you can't even say something like top 10 cole or anything like that, its just classic cole

    and the other thing i agree with, and i thought i would never get there, is i know for myself that i actually wouldn't be AT ALL disappointed if it was a solo dropping in february (whereas a week ago i said that i would be disappointed) ... and even though i know it will make some people disappointed if it wasn't the collab i don't care, but the thing that would still worry me is just the fact that like has been discussed this is one of the best chances they will ever get timing wise to drop it and i don't see it ever lining up any better than this ...

    cause lets say cole solo drops in feb, but kendrick's not ready to drop a solo himself yet, then lets say for example six months later kendrick drops his solo ... then u probably got wait another year and then cole will be ready to drop another solo ... so thats the only thing to consider for me is that the timing has finally lined up and it probably never will again
