    Surprisingly I don't mind Omen's verse on "Caged Bird', but I think the song had more potential. I think Kendrick would've been perfect for that song. Never the less it's still a great song.

    Yeah I feel you man, I can see that as an issue. Cuz once Cole drops his album, he's no doubt going to go on a tour overseas and back in the states, and Kendrick would drop his around that time. So timing is actually perfect now. But on the other hand, it's the question of whether or not it would be worth it to have the collab now, or wait just another fews years to drop a collab that might be more impactful than if it were to drop on Feb.

    I personally cant hear Kendrick on that track tbh.

    Kenderick aint got the type of flow for it imo.

    but i thought we already reached that point where it wud make its biggest impact

    like i remember we were saying that 2-3 years ago saying maybe its good they wait when they are both bigger

    they both at the top now and in their primes, ye ok maybe they can get even bigger but i think they've already reached the point where the album will have a huge audience

    you think he's going to wait all the way to June ?

    I just can't see him not taking advantage of the all star weekend in toronto and using that for promo like crazy and dropping right around that time, whether before or after

    Word... Sideline story cole had to make so many sacrifices. That was his album to get him to the mainstream. He didn't have full control so he couldn't balance critical acclaimwith success, then Kenny comes through and drops gkmc. A debut album with hits that gets him a ton of mainstream recognition and a lot of respect in the industry. Fast forward to born sinner, coles depression album. An album where he was tryna say f--- hits I'm going against the industry. Again cole came up short. Kendrick drops TPAB which is his depression album against the industry and it gets unparalleled critic praise. Kendricks basically done everything Coles done, but better cause he learned from mistakes Cole made.
