    I know this been discussed and confirmed in this thread but I still see people talking about the collab in February. The collab isn't coming Feb 100%

    "When you and K. Dot s--- drop?"
    b---- never (1), they can’t handle two Black n----s this clever
    But this February, bet s--- get scary when I(2) f--- around and drop...

    1. He says b---- never. Why would he say NEVER then follow up and say we're dropping in Feb?
    2. He says when I drop in February, not we.

    We're prolly never getting the collab. If it doesn't happen in February, it's not happening.

    Yes. IB had the idea just to do something cool while also stirring s--- at the same time. I truly believe if this was the collab promo, they would make it VERY clear. Both are still promoting their solo albums atm and a collab album this built up by everyone, they know they would have to take it seriously whether drop it all out once or promo it from Black Friday onwards.

    They got more than enough material for an album, and if not, 2-3 nights in a studio will be enough to produce the difference.

    Thing is Cole and Kendrick aren't opportunists like Drake and Future. They're not gonna release a tape unless they think it's perfect.

    WATTBA is an embarrassment to both Future and Drake's discography in my opinion, Kendrick and Cole prolly got higher standards.

    If the collab is happening, it's gonna have the word NEVER in the title.

    Otherwise Cole's r-----ed for that bar (When you and K. Dot s--- drop? b---- never).

    If the tape is called (for example) Never Personal or something, then it works. Otherwise that's as clear as it's gonna get. This is like when a girl says she's prolly not gonna see you and you hit her with the:

    I think the b---- never bar was just a playful lyric. Pretty much a fun response to getting asked that question every interview. The fact that he says that and then BUT this feb makes it sound like the collab. Either way, Both camps have had endless opportunities to dismiss the collab but they haven't. Also, IB interview with Elliot Wilson he was talkin bout how Cole will be back for 2017. There's arguments for both the collab and solo but it's gotta be clarified soon. Kendrick fans will be mad if they out here waiting for some new Kenny.

    "Bet s--- get scary" line is interesting. Either he plans on dropping AOTY or it's something Kdot related in some way shape or form. I also think it'll for sure come b4 Kanye drops cause you know Cole doesn't like coming second to anyone.

    I have it hard to see Cole droppin a solo album alreaday now in february.

    He said in the in those episodes leading up to the homecoming that he didnt work on any music for like 2-3 months after the album dropped and then he was on tour for a long time, so in my mind he started really workin on the album in like september/october and it dosent seem likely he dropping in february if he dosent have a bunch of songs that were recorded earlier that he gonna put on his next album.

    Its either collab album(unlikely) or ty4 maybe or he aint droppin s---

    he was recording s--- on the tour bus. Plus he 's been off tour for a while now, so he has had a while to finish up whatever else for the album.

    If he dropped born sinner in 2013 went on the born sinner tour then dropped FHD in 2014 then ain't drop no album in 2015. Its been more than enough time to record a album bruh

    True, but he also recored some of born sinner on tour bus and we all saw how that album turned out.
    I mean i would rather wait antoher 6-7 months for an album then him just rushing to put a new one out and it wont live up the expectation

    Plus FHD feels more like an album he recorded more spontaneously, like he had the idea to drop an album called 2014FHD and once 2014 came around he started working on it. I think it's possible he's had a second project in the works the whole time simultaneous with FHD.
