I think it's a masterpiece

Man, the first half of the movie was almost flawless. I was at edge of my f---ing seat, and then that scene with his kids talking to him came and I almost teared up like a b----. Everything from that went downhill. First that landing on the planet with Matt Damon and his fight with him, dude was literally half an hour without O2 breathing whatever gas it was and he managed to talk through it and they managed to save him. Like really? s--- was so unnecessary and stupid. Then the landing on a station, their split up, and so on, it felt like the movie was dragging the whole time... BUT thing that actually and only bother me the most is that 5th dimension s---. So you're telling me that 10 year old kid, or whatever age she was, was able to figure out there was a 5th dimension in which her dad was trapped in sending her signs and messages?

And of course, he came back from it just to see the human race is alright and his girl is waiting him on only planet they haven't visited, but somehow it's the identical one to the Earth. Beautiful fairy tale, I agree. But it could've been so much more than that, cause the visuals are quite impressive and they all played their roles pretty well. And it's so overhyped because there is actually nothing in it you haven't seen somewhere before.

It still doesn't change s--- for me But in the end, maybe this type of movies ain't for me. I prefer more realistic ones cause

I can see what your saying about him being on the planet without oxygen being unrealistic but everything in this movie was proven with science
All the footage of the black holes and worm holes are all made with the formula that makes up the black hole
That's literally how it would look like
But I can still see what you mean though but this movie is great to me

I think the end shouldn't be seen as a fairytale but as the representation of karma. The 5th dimension is a theory (studied by physician) that Nolan used well cause nobody knows what it is. And thats the point.
Nolan in making a scifi movie stands sticked with reality. Even with the scene with Matt Damon cause we didnt have the real representation of time. He really concealed with a genius mind smth artistic with scientific verified theory.

Like I said, maybe this type of movies ain't for me cause I ain't that high on science and everything. And I hate it because everyone seems to like it but I just can't get into it, it seems corny to me. Well...

And prayers for that dude who stayed 20+ years on that ship without a woman, p--- and s--- just to get killed later on. That was the real hero in my eyes fam
