    sorry y'all no theories ...

    we know something is coming in february but we have no info beyond that so i have no inspiration for any theories, just trying to stay patient for february and not get too hyped

    i will say a few things though:
    1) I'm thinking it won't be an album, i think maybe just a tape or even something special that we can't even imagine right now like a revolutionary way to drop music which cole has done in the past :khaled:
    2) its probably not coming till the end of february after cole sees what kanye does and gives that a couple weeks for the hype to die down
    3) pretty convinced by now that its not the kendrick collab, still have about 15% hope its that, 85% its just something solo

    4) one mini theory for y'all is one that has been made before and i hope its true and that is that there are at least some reggae influences in some of the new music cole drops

    Reggae influences I absolutely agree with. He had that Bally commercial where he recorded in Bob marleys studio. He's also starting to look more like bob Marley so that would make sense lol. In terms of Ye, I really don't think cole is waiting like that. I think they're gonna roll bas album out first then Cole season will begin. I honestly believe Cole is in a position that he's just thinking about himself.

    i think he knows this has a chance to be Ye's re-introduction to the mainstream though and he's going to be very careful to not have this big career moment of his (whatever it may be) be overshadowed by Kanye

    whatever happens February is guaranteed to be a crazy music month

    Kanye, the Grammys, all star weekend in Toronto which is bound to bring about some Drake noise, Cole, Macklemore :hehehe:...

    that right there is enough for me and something tells me theres going to be a few more surprises too

    That needs to drop ASAP. I don't think Cole would drop a project at the same time as one of his artists. He's all about building them up. So I guess if we want a Cole solo the ball is in Bas' court. I'm just ready for February.

    If Kendrick and Cole do drop I have a feeling it's gonna have a black power theme like a Be Free or TPAB feel. Wouldn't mind it :lmaooo:
