    In my opinion Macklemore threw Iggy and Miley under the bus to make himself look good. Why not call out Eminem and JT instead but in the end like Cole said in his Angie Martinez interview, he don't blame Iggy or any white artists for doing the music that they love but more so the politics of the music industry

    Yeah really didn't/don't like the term "unapologetically black" (pharrell even used it), why should people have to apologise for promoting black culture in the first place? It ties in with the whole black lives matter movement and what the ryan coogler interview was talking about. Black people in America are starting from a lower position in almost all aspects of life compared to whites including mentally where it's almost as if the media are saying their culture is not the same worth or value than other cultures. Reminding people that black lives matter shouldn't be an argument but a baseline from which to build from - of course the history of America has led us to this stage.

    It's the same as a black person saying they're proud to be black as a statement of self-worth but if a white person says they're proud to be white you immediately start thinking of white hoods. For once Ib's got a good point about the song being apologetically white as whites should recognise that they have a privilege and they can use this for good.

    i'ma go with my boy drake as i don't think cole has ever hit the gym in his life. dude is frail as f---, and has 0 muscle development. i noticed in the HBO special when he was swapping his t-shirts after performing that he's one of the more underdeveloped 30 year old men in the world.

    drake on the other hand looks like a young mike tyson with the amount of mass that he's added over the last year, he really did go from the kid at the shisha spot to drake "the rock johnson" like the memes said:
