I enjoy this project more than yeezus IMO, I could never catch on to yeezus other than a couple songs. I'm just so upset about wolves being changed lmao I can't get over it.

I have to say on my first listen this album makes the same mistake as yeezus ... there are great moments but theres just so much fat you could cut out and highlights that you could beef up

all the 2 minute songs that shud b full songs, father stretch part 1 is a crime in that sense, just cuts off during a great outro shud have had a whole other verse ... which actually leads to the next problem which is the wack bars which just k--- the vibe on that song, and many others

freestyle 4 should be a full song with a travis verse and then of course have a different title

FML outro is unnecessary, shud had more weekend cause his part was godly

theres just things like this u cud say for every song ...

and besides that the tracklist ordering is just completely all over the place, theres just no transitions between so many of the songs which is so unlike a kanye album (even using @Mike Tyson recommendation that it ends at wolves which definitely makes sense with the frank ocean outro)

still a good album but the days of a kanye album being perfection/musical masterpieces ended with MBDTF

kanye calling it the album of the life is just a joke, he's just not in the right head space for music anymore man ... think about it y'all he's been making this album like 2 years ... is it worthy of that work ...

and what happened to the "cookout music" s--- ... I'm sorry but i just don't hear it

Highlights could be a certified hit like as in kernes first true radio hit in a long a--- time and although still a good song its just too messy to b a hit now

FSMH part 1 could be a certified kanye classic but of course the bars and the fact its only 2 minutes long like wtf

I'm sorry y'all but this album just makes me more disappointed that i like it

I'm sure it will grow on me and i will definitely listen to it but it just cuda been so much better ...

we as music listeners say that for a lot of albums but this one will be defined by that imo, specially with the way the rollout was done

and ye am i the only one noticing that the dream's outro on highlights is butchered in terms of the song quality, I'm sure there's other moments like that too that i haven't noticed yet ... btw anyone have fade i still have the version with two facts lol

ye my opinions cud change slightly but i always do first listen impressions ...

and if u truly hear the "album of life" u are able to tell something like that on the first listen lol, like i said still a good album and cud get either better or worse with time but definitely not album of the life and thats facts, just way too many changes that shud b made and small little things sprinkled out here and there multiple times in almost every song that make u say "why kanye"

and my tracklist would actually have lowlights/highlights second on the album not father stretch

feel that wud make more sense, even tho father stretch uplifting its still a bit jerky coming right after ULB

i just feel knaye put no thought into the ordering especially with the way it changed like 5 times in the last couple weeks

and not slight changes, waves used to be the third song ... famous as once the intro ... so clearly there was no rhyme or reason to the decisions in my opinion, it just so happened this was the edit we got at the time the album was finally dropped

it we had to wait another couple days for the album the trackless probably would have changed again



with all that being said, it makes 2014 FHD more certified confirmed classic

why you so mad man? You're saying the actual audio quality of some tracks on the album doesn't have anything to do with the albums extremely rushed production and chaotic release? To say that its an artistic choice seems like a reach
