    Yessir that's the benchmark for this year so far, he might come off as crude and unfiltered but that's one of the appealing parts of him. Great beat selection, catchy delivery & flows, can carry a melody and is a pretty decent lyricist in the most basic terms. This is from a few years back:

    Hope u dig it. What fire squad said basically. Dude is a dope rapper (as best seen on luca brasi story) even if youre the most traditional hop hop lyrics fan. But what got me hooked on islah is that he goes from really rapping to singing a catchy pop tune so effortlessly.

    Ye's got dope tracks, but weirdly, idk if I'm the only one feeling this, I'm kinda at a "meh" point with the album already. I really only like Ultra Light Beams, Wolves, Real Friends and FML. I actually love those tracks, they're fantastic, but the rest I'm already skipping.
