Imo people way too impatient these days and people almost too accessible. Raises expectations of when you're expected to reply and when most of the time it isnt even urgent, people catch feels. Old enough to remember the days when mobile phones didn't even exist and u had to go through the home phone/parents to talk to a girl/whoever

I asked that cause, I texted someone yesterday at 9am, she ain't hit me back till 9pm lol. I wasn't tripping bout it , I just figured she was sleep, and as the day went on I just forgot about it..

That's why I don't really hit people up, you want to talk to me, hit me up. f--- it. Then you got them people who don't hit you up unless they want something lol.

so my neighbors neglect their dog.
I live in an apartment building and this is no size for a decent size dog.

They go out and leave the dog in a small a--- cage, i've seen it, and the dog cries barks for hours and hours and tries to rattle the cage.

Think I should call animal help? I'm not even sure if the neighbors are aware what happens
