    Rick Ross suffered a bit of an embarrassment last week. TMZ reports that the Miami native’s ankle monitor began to beep during a roundtable discussion hosted by President Barack Obama at the White House last Friday (April 15).

    The Maybach Music Group boss was at the White House for a talk on criminal justice reform and the My Brother’s Keeper initiative. Chance The Rapper, J. Cole, Common, Ludacris, Wale, Pusha T, Busta Rhymes, DJ Khaled and Timbaland were among the other artists who were in attendance.

    The artists were selected by the White House because they “found ways to engage on the issues of criminal justice reform and empowering disadvantaged young people across the country” through their art and nonprofit work.

    Sources told TMZ that President Obama had just finished his speech when a beeping noise began sounding off throughout the room. Rick Ross was caught off guard, realizing it was his ankle monitor. The bracelet is apparently new and beeps at random. Ross must wear the monitor as a result of his assault and kidnapping charges from last summer.

    Rick Ross was indicted in March after a grand jury hit him with charges of kidnapping, aggravated battery, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm while committing a crime. The “Aston Martin Music” rapper’s lawyer Steve Sadow argued that Ross was acting in self-defense. Ross has previously stated that the man who he allegedly attacked, Jonathan Zamudio, was partying with cocaine and drug paraphernalia in the rapper’s guest home.

    Anyone seen the second season of Better Call Saul yet?
    Have waited for all the episeode to be out so i can watch them all when i want but now that they are out i dont have any desire to start watching them haha.

    Think I'ma quit music career and start being an NBA writer. I read so much trash on a daily basis that I'm sick to my stomach how some of these dudes got the platform to write so many garbage a--- articles.
