    As far as I know he hasn't been, pretty trashy move on his part, it's not really much fan service just to throw them a shirt after waiting in line for hours when you aren't even gonna be there. This is done purely for publicity.

    @Yourz @2014 Forever Lives JCN it's more in the realm of Kanye having s--- posted on walls throughout the world etc. I never expected drake to be at any of these events he tweeted. More just to get the word out and increase awareness.
