Lol wow, I can't believe Rihanna gave herself co-writing credits. PND did that entire song.

Wouldn't be surprised if PND wrote Drake's verse too.

98% of the beats with DJ Mustard tag and credits aren't his beats. So that's no surprise, mostly non talented idiots are running the whole industry.

Rihanna has a whole team behind her, she is just a "puppet" (strong word, i know) that stands behind it after is all said and done. I doubt she created more than 5 songs in the last 5 years. Most of the songs on her albums are already created for her. She or they pick the songs that fit the current era and market and run with it. She is not the only one, most of the mainstream pop artists are like that so after a while you stop caring about who wrote the song. Same is with Beyonce and her albums.

A lot of them, his managers find and bring him beats and if he likes a certain beat, he gets in contact with the producer, pays him how much he wants, then send the same beat to artists in the industry and gets the Bilboard hit + all the credits. Pretty sure Metro does the same thing, just not always.

He/they look for a certain type of sound on youtube/soundcloud/soundclick. When they buy it and get all the track outs of the beat, they can do whatever they want with it. That's when they add their signature stuff if needed and GG.
