Actually 7 assists and he was also the first player ever under 6'5 with at least 2,000 points, 500 assists, 100 steals, and 100 blocks in a season. Doesn't matter that he had one of the best seasons ever cause his team was absolute garbage. To be in the most valuable player conversation your team has to win at least 50+ games. However, was he the best player in the NBA at that time? Without a doubt.

Exactly Dubs been fine without him. Obviously they're better when he's there but not by much.

LBJ, Kawhi, KD, Dame..any of those 4 are more valuable than Steph.

Idk maybe I'm just hating on dude but he's like the 3rd or 4th best player in the league.

Teams need to start putting big wings on Draymond and trap their pick n rolls. They get lazy on the switch and let him walk into 3s or leave their big man in no mans land while Steph makes em dance 30 ft from the basket.

Kyrie n Love never been to the playoffs without big daddy Bron so I'm not sure they'd make it with Kyrie playing hero ball and no LBJ to take the pressure off. We know both are below average defenders. Lebron is just a game changer in every way imagineable, like a crazy athletic Magic Johnson. All that s--- is hypothetical though so we both might be wrong. Either way LBJ infinitely more valuable than Steph. If Bron was in GS they might've won 75+ lol.

They were 73-9, of course is Curry getting the MVP. I don't understand all the fuss in here. 400+ 3s in a season, destroying teams, man goes supernova whenever he wants, like yesterday in OT. He did crazy stuff all season long, you can't take that away from him. I'm not even a Curry fanboy, but I'm a man enough to admit he killed the whole league this season.

This is honestly the dumbest thing ever.. if u the best player nd u bring it every single night then u deserve recognition period.
Basketball is a team game, its much harder to be consistently great on a terrible team than it is a good team
