LeBron killed the ball movement. Their offense looked nothing like the previous playoff games. Zero ball movement. 2-3 passes max. I dont blame Kyrie, he is an iso player. He actually played a good game.
Maaan, the GSW bench really saving Currys a---. smh

I'm aware of these stats, but you can also contribute those numbers on Kobe's teams to him taking much more FG's than LeBron. But I agree that Miami would be favorites against the Lakers, no doubt.

Cavs look exhausted out there. That's the consequences when you get to the finals without breaking a sweat. I predicted Warriors in 5, and if Cavs don't win the next game, it's gonna become reality. I love LeBron more than anyone after Wade, but objectively they have very little chance. Curry and Klay were terrible tonight and they still blew them out - twice.

Eh. I mean Kobe took like 2-3 more shots per game than LeBron. That's like 6-9 more points max to distribute through the other players which doesn't make up for the totals of Wade and Bosh getting more buckets than any duo Kobe ever played with post-Shaq. Also, Outside of Pippen, Jordan never had a guy as good as either Wade or Bosh.

Basically, my feeling is that LeBron is a once in a generation talent that has changed the game, but as far as wins and losses in championship scenarios he's left much to be desired. There are plenty of excuses to be made for him elsewhere, but as far as the Miami years, there's nowhere to put much blame but on him in my opinion. Not that he's a failure, because 2 out of 4 is great by most standards. But he's heralded as this ungodly player/winner/teammate and I see little difference in his results than The other modern era generational greats.

We need to appreciate him for what he is without both being overly-critical or making excuses for him depending on the argument.

I agree with this. Cause that's the only way LeBron knows how to play the game. You could see from his earliest days that he enjoyed assisting/throwing lobs/making flashy passes more than anything else on the court. That's why I think he's the greater version of Magic and Oscar, cause you can see that clearly they influenced him more than Jordan. We draw parallels with basketball and hip hop all the time, but they are somewhat true. That's like Cole growing up idolizing Nas, Pac and Ye and years later you can clearly hear the influence in his music. LeBron is missing (not maybe exactly missing, but not having it to that extent of Kobe or MJ) something the media likes to call "killer instinct". He won't take every shot, have ball every 24 seconds of the game if he sees a better play. That's just the way he is and can't blame him for that. That Detroit and Boston game and Game 6 and 7 against the Spurs are one of the few times I saw him completely "selfish" and ready to go out firing. I don't know why he sometimes goes in that mode. It's just who he is. And who is to say he's wrong anyway? When it's all set and done his personal accomplishments and records will probably top any other player ever :idk:

Gucci and Sean had the best verses. Travis sounds horrible on this hook though.

I'm really starting to think Cole doesn't have any inspiration or a concept for his next project.

After all the Twitter jokes it would be pretty embarrassing if Cole had braggadocio bars about being the first rapper in 25 years to go platinum without features:kglaugh:

Cole was probably ready to release his album, but had to go and change his verses because of Twitter. smh.

I agree with the Magic vs MJ/Kobe thing, but at some point wins and losses translate from how efficient you make your team, not how efficient you are individually. That's why traditionally in late game moments guys like Jordan and Kobe iso'd and it's frustrating that LeBron doesn't as much. Maybe now he isn't as lethal one-on-one or his game isn't designed to be as iso oriented l but there is something to be said about being able to throw a guy the ball at the elbow or short-corner and clear everyone out and let him go get you two points. That's why the Magic comparison is more valid.
