    I don't think so...

    I actually went back and revisited Views... and it's one of my least favorite songs. BUT it's wild to think that it was #1 for 9 weeks in a row.

    Anyone use any Heart-rate monitors? LIke the FitBit for example? Tryna cop one so i can start tracking exercises more efficiently. Are chest strap monitors better or would just a watch suffice?

    what are you trying to accomplish with your workouts? I don't see how heart rate monitors help. it's really just about consuming less calories than you burn if you're trying to cut or lose weight

    just havent noticed much of a diff lately. Feel like i plateaued. Was cutting weight decently for a bit. I was just lookin to cop something that accurately tracks weight lifting. But ive seen on reddit that buying HRM for weight training is kind of pointless. Also the fitbit looks dope in general. Seems like something handy to have.

    honestly. head to muscleforlife.com. read all the articles. s--- is life changing. it basically says keep it simple with the workouts and lift heavy
