Did my first mock draft today. So much steals in this year. Rankings will probably be more accurate in a month by the time of the real draft, but still. If I get #1, I'm probably going with Harden over Westbrook. Less injury risk + D'Antoni offense =

I've done 20+ mocks already The rankings will update both on ESPN and Yahoo at least twice before the season starts. If I get the 6th pick in this years draft I wouldn't be mad, because I wouldn't have to scratch my head with who to pick, just draft the one that's left on the board. I'm liking Harden a lot as the 1st pick in h2h. He and Beatbrook will probably have the same numbers in points, ast, maybe even rebs, but Harden gets more 3s and is a FT anchor which gives you a chance of drafting a big with mediocre FT% in later rounds. As much as I like KAT I just can't see me spending a top 4 pick even with Thibs minutes incoming. I need to see one more year of the fantasy domination before he becomes a top 3 draft pick.
Man, you know how we are, could spent hours discussing fantasy.

Think I'm gonna stay away from Drummond's, Whiteside's and Gobert's of the world this year. I'll prolly cut down the number of leagues too. There is this one league I been playing for 3 years and s---'s prolly one the most competitive leagues ever, it's like you play with these rotoworld dudes. 20 teams and I was never higher than 10th, mostly because I was unlucky with injuries but everyone f---ing knows everything. I'm gonna focus on that this year mostly, and prolly do another 14 team standard league and hope I get the middle pick there so I can go Leonard/Towns with Milsap/Giannis and I'm set for domination. I like Towns more than any other big.

I dont draft bad FT shooters, makes no sense. Even the rookies in fantasy world know about punting FT's, but rarely do it correctly, especially in snake. There is a better chance of successfully punting in auction, but you already know about that. I like KAT, but like you, I also play deeper leagues which means if you don't get a Curry or CP3 you are unintentionally going to punt ast, because it makes no sense to go after them with Rjax as your first PG or any other in those middle tiers of draft.
One of my money leagues has Gs, Fs and Cs so it makes punting AST a lot easier, but I always tend to stay balanced as I can.
I don't really think this year has that many steals, but that'll depend on the updated rankings, which I usually exploit, because I mock like crazy.
Oh yeah are you high on Giannis like those roto guys since you mentioned them. I lurk the site always before the draft, the forum is gold.

I agree, I would also add Wall in that AST elite, but he isn't worth first 25 picks so yea. Giannis and Middleton are both gonna be huge, I'm picking them both if available at 10-15th and 30-35th range. I don't go on that site a lot, but there is some sneaky info there always. I was high on CJ last year before anyone even started to mention him, this year I already saw some Miles Turner convos and that is my top under the radar pick also. If available, I'm drafting him in 45-50 range, I would recommend you doing the same. If I can get D'Angelo somewhere at 70th pick that is gonna be also a great pick. From 120th pick you have like really a lot of great value picks, more than last year IMO so you can really take advantage of that. This year with all of the changes during the summer s--- is really loaded with fantasy talent and potential on those weaker teams.

I like them both, tried to draft with Giannis as the first pick, usually pair him with Dray or Milsap if they are available. I liked Turner even last year, but I think 50 is a little bit high, because of the unclear situation with the new coach and the playing style they're trying to develop, if he looks great in the preseason he is on my radar, because i love me some big man that can s---t FTs. D'angelo is going to beast with Walton as the head coach and no Kobe, but I can see some people reaching for him because they're Lakers fans.
We'll discuss them when they update the rankings, but yeah I saw a lot of decent playes from 120 and over so I have no fear I'll ran out of good players in last few rounds. I even like Babo's situation in Brooklyn and I'm the last guy that'll draft a Croatian player in fantasy. And staying away from the rookies, can't see anyone cracking top 80, maybe even 100.

Wall's game doesn't translate to fantasy very well plus he's coming off injuries on both knees, Bogdanović can be a nice points and 3pts add in last rounds, but tbh if I'm drafting any guard from Brooklyn it's gonna be Hollis Jefferson. I don't do any rookies ever, this year isn't gonna be different. I'll have Kris Dunn on my radar if rumors about Rubio getting traded start to get real. We'll talk when s--- gets updated like you said.

Man, just watching the classic breakfust club J Cole interview and just reminds me how far he fell off

If you see him that see he has that focus, would love to see him give some in depth explanations to the fuckery he playing at - just feel like Cole missed his chance tbh, and everyone moved on to Kendrick, Chance etc.

@LondonListener Judging by the latest we've heard from him (Folgers Crystals, Night Job, Caged Bird and Jermaine's Interlude) there is no indication that he has fallen off by any means. His work on those songs shows he still has it.

People haven't moved on from him. Kendrick and Chance just have more recent projects therefore they have more of a buzz. But people are still going to Cole shows and are excited for new music.
