I'm used to the absence of Cole's music for extended periods but if he's really gonna be gone for good, it feels a bit discreet and empty. But looking back, it sure was dope as h--- seeing his profile rise to super stardom with every passing year.

Cole got to have the most overacting fans ever.

I just take it as he is done with the festivals. Done performing FHD, and he is about to drop his next project soon. He probably want do another show till it's time to go tour off his next s---.

Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if he doesnt drop until 2018 lmao. I think he honestly feels he can't top FHD which has done so much to help his career.

Nothing is stopping him from dropping Truly Yours 4 or a few throwaway tracks to hold the fans over, we would still appreciate the next album just as much. The weird part is i thought he was over his whole depression phase as FHD was mostly an uplifting album, especially the last few tracks but he just still doesnt seem happy for whatever reason.

Also i think Cole wont get any bigger mainstream ways or fanbase wise, he's pretty much reached his peak with FHD and these long a--- dry spells do nothing but damage his buzz and its mostly the loyal fans he already has who will be checking his new s---.

Cole has been touring/performing shows basically non-stop since March '15. s--- wears on ya. He's gonna finish up his album, help Dreamville artists with their projects, do some features, drop his album when it's ready (sometime in 2017) and probably tour and do shows all of 2018. He just needs a break

He finally had the freedom to release the album the way he wanted, sold a butt load of albums, made a s--- ton of dough from shows, got married...time for a break to focus on his next LP, help out his artists and eat Melissa's butt. He'll come back at the top of his game. Plenty of music out right now to listen to in the meantime.

If anything it means vinylz has some new s--- with Cole and it's bout to be some fire.. that's why he put smh and the prayer hands, as in Cole is bout to f--- up the game, other rappers beware.

And the dry spells definitely don't k--- his buzz, I mean, he is still buzzing now. If anything it gets people hype and when he finally drop people will be hella excited, trust me, no one is forgetting about cole at this point, I know a lot of people thats just waiting on him to drop.
