If Cole had gotten pusha or hov to rap from the d--- dealer perspective a couple times on the album it woulda been tight. Just to sell that image a bit more. Then when he cozying up to his wife get some R&B singer like Miguel or jeremih to serenade Her. Cole too selfish to let that happen tho. I feel like the story moves too quick. We go from a dude who is balls to the wall on immortal and then in love and changing his life within two songs. Cole sold himself short cause the concept of this album is truly dope as h---. The title track is pure greatness, that's the level of detail that was required to really put this over the top.

I bet they was discussing that s--- in that picture walking out the white house..

I agree tho, it was too short and moved fast, aint that big of a deal, but I get it. I think the song they had called real n----s was more on some immortal type s---

I wonder if we will do one more with TLC. I think it has been rumored of him being on TLC next album and there have been rumors of Cole and Rihanna working on an album together or songs.

Don't think he and Bruno would mix well though.

It's crazy how Cole refuse to get features.. I think the n----- got problems. He almost didn't get Miguel on power trip, remember he said hov and somebody else convinced him to put Miguel on the hook? Cole was like, I wanted to sing it myself, I thought I sounded good lol.

Cole said he got 2 Chainz and Jeezy on ty2 after the fact he knew they wasn't gone make the album, so if those songs would've made the album, neither 2 wouldn't have been on there.

Idk if you call that selfish, pride, or the n----- is just obsessed with himself lol.

This n----- don't even put his artist on his s---. Bas was only on new York times cause Nas couldn't get on it. Ari Lennox was basically a feature on change, I could see if she was background vocals but she wasn't, she was credited as additional vocals, which is basically a feature, kind of crazy that they ain't even give her that lil shine, like getting her name on the back cover. Or when it's released as a single or anything it would say fest Ari Lennox, and that would make people look into her. I doubt the average Cole fan knows who that is on change lol, the album didn't even come with credits , so it's not like they can look in the booklet and see who is on the song.

It's messed up man. I get the whole thing like he has a lot to say etc but that doesn't mean u can't use features. Kendrick said a thousand more things on tpab but he still used features to elevate the music. I forsure thought he'd use features after the whole no features s--- becoming a meme. Not letting ari name get on there weak as h--- too. She legit sings on the whole outro on change

I get what you saying, but TLC was a group he looked up to. I think he said that one time. Which is why he reached out to them for Crooked Smile.
