    The Heart Part 4 and Humble have some average, cringe-worthy lines. Drake and Cole would instantly get mocked over some of these lines...

    The song is a contradiction of itself. Cheap beat and 808 drums, Kendrick bragging about everything, dropping some trash rhyme schemes in the process, telling everyone to shut up cause he's the only one deserving to actually brag. This whole s--- is ironic, it doesn't even suppose to sound good. That's what I got from this.

    Funny how 99% of the time cole/kendrick make a "mainstream" joint theres a double meaning behind it
    I agree in this case tho n----- aint even try on the hook

    I really think that's on purpose bro. I'ma wait til the album. Song as a song isn't spectacular. But if it comes on on the AUX, I'm hyped.

    I don't think he'd drop a bad song on purpose.

    Video is dope and I love the beat but Kenny is very forgettable on this.

    yea usually i dont like when ppl try to bring up hidden meanings but kendrick has definitely earned that. This song is catchy af and clearly not meant to be serious. @LordArmNHammer mentioned earlier how the cover is a contradiction. Such a bold statement standing in a church yet the song is titled humble.

    At least his flow was on point in Backseat, on here he sounds choppy and uses the same flow the entire time

    I liked the video, the sounds used in the beat are terrible to me, if Kendrick didn't rap on it I would never listen to it again in my life. His rapping made this song interesting to me.

    yea the flow gets old after the first verse. Hook is starting to grow on me tho. Swimming pools > I > Humble

    2 Chainz could've ripped this beat. Idk just real underwhelming for me. Heart 4 was cool so I was expecting him to come correct on the next single.

    I ain't concerned tbh. I doubt Kendrick would ever let out a song where he rhymes 4+ bars with "ey" without purpose. He ain't lazy like that. Lazy like Cole when he rhymes s--- with s---.
