    Friday Night Lights. It done everything TWU did but was even better. The production felt more lavish, the song concepts more stronger, and the bars more harder. In a weird way Cole almost sounded more hungrier on FNL. Like you can hear it in his voice on some songs, whereas in TWU he was more laid back. Also all the lil freestyles kinda took away from TWU if you compare it to FNL which had full complete songs from front to back

    Remember that cold night Friday Night Lights dropped vividly, I had just discovered Cole a few months earlier, so that s--- dropped at a perfect time for me.

    I'm more of a warm up guy... Plus its the first project I heard from cole, hearing that s--- for the first time was a feeling I can't describe.

    Can't believe some people actually feel cole peaked at FNL tho. Cole has definitely gotten better since then , as a rapper and producer, and the n----- progressed as a man. Of course the n----- ain't gone sound as hungry as he did back then, the man made it. Its like rap fans are too simple minded to grow with their favorite artist , n----s just love to stay stuck in the past. Like when some say certain rappers were better whrn they was on drugs, what type of f--- s--- is that to say lol. Ppl hate on Eminem cause he don't make the same music he used to, clearly the n----- is in his 40s now, I hope he dont make the same s--- he did back in the early 2000s. Im not even a em fan and I can understand the s---.

    s--- baffling.
