    I’m sure they requested he do spoken word, it’s a staple for playoffs promos. Beat is hard tho.

    I liked the lyrics but the flow didn’t really fit the beat at all and he could have at least put in some more energy into his voice. At least this means new music is coming soon though.

    This probably isn’t the last one he’s doing either. Usually whoever they choose does it the whole playoffs. No wonder he’s been in LA a lot

    “Do these 1 minute snippets for the NBA Playoffs and we ain’t gotta drop another album until 2020. We can add these spoken word pieces between Can’t Get Enough and Lights Please on the setlist and go on another 2 year festival run until the next album”

    Thats what I was thinking.
    Beat is smooth but Cole lacks of energy. For a comeback, it will be disappointing.
