    Are we really going to say TPAB was inspired by Born Sinner out of everything? :jordanlaff:

    4YEO had a very different Jazz style from Born Sinner, which sounds more akin to the slower jazzy production on TPAB. Try again.

    Okay, you prefer kendrick, i prefer cole.. im not bout to go back and fourth bout this s--- lol

    All ima say is if cole wasnt that good of a rapper he wouldnt have the respect of the OGs in the game... the n----- is a dope rapper.

    Only thing kenny fans have is oh he got awards and (pizzaulter awards, :hehehe: )man foh with that. Publications call kenny the goat, cole actual fans call him the goat. We dont need no validation from a magazines or a article written by some white man to consider cole the goat or the king.

    Kendrick’s voice is irritating but he a young legend can’t deny his talent. I’m still a Kendrick hater tho

    Take into consideration I like Cole. I LOVE FHD and I really like KOD.

    But I wouldn't in a million billion years take Cole over Kendrick. Kendrick's is a completely different tier these past few years. Yea Kendricks voice can get obnoxious at times, but his excellent songwriting, production, flows, execution, lyrics and ideas overlook that. The amount of bad Kendrick hooks I could count on one hand.

    Cole is a great rapper, and he makes very good conscious music. But he struggles with production and hooks. KOD's weakest aspect was the hooks, and 4YEO weakest aspect was the production.

    Kendrick excells because he allows outside voices to create with him and he accepts his limitations (singing). Cole, is stubborn and refuses to get any outside help (features), produces almost all his music himself like Hopsin and GOD! He cannot sing. The amount of good J Cole hooks I can count on one hand.

    I suppose for most, it's a preference, but I feel like it shouodnt even be questioned.

    Those are great but he's evolved and is definitely better rn. He's leveled up on every project since with the exception of Views.

    Take Care still his best project along with IYRTITL imo. Although Drake has become a better rapper since 2012 for sure.

    I'd agree my favourite verses from him came from ifyritl but he has gotten much better at making hits since then no doubt
