    Word, he missed a good opportunity back then being on two of the hottest songs Mercy and Clique that year. If he dropped Mula w/ Detroit to follow, that's would of been good a--- stretch imo

    I think he is hit or miss... sometimes he's on... and it's dope...

    other times it's just horrible.

    I have hopes for this next one tho... whenever rappers go through it in real life they usually make good tracks.

    Units don't matter to me, I think it was a more rounded project than Hall of Fame. HoF seemed rushed

    Really my question is what did Detroit not being an album take away from it. HOF came a year after. If you watch the making of video you can def see he took his time with it

    I remember around the time mercy was dominating i had went to this party with some dudes i knew from from high school n all our girls. n----s had a karaoke but most of them were mexican so they were singing all spanish s--- on the karaoke.
    Well i got f----- up beyond the point that a n----- should ever get f----- up to, so they got careless for a second n i snatched the mic, put on mercy and started freestylin talking s--- about how all them dudes never got p----. Memory's blurry but at one point i remember freestyling about this chick who was crying and sayin some s--- like "hol up bro yo chick got so many boogies i call her boogeyman" i was wilding. Turned the speaker up and started talking s--- to the neighbors til they snatched the mic out my hand. Woke up next morning with n----s hittin my phone about how all their girls were mad. I took my L.

    Point is mercy was crazy back then

    Detroit sounds like an album, I just like it better than HoF :idk: I'll go back and re-listen to HoF
