    This project isn’t terrible and it’s not great

    The production is musically impressive and it is “artsy” but the song structures and melodies don’t flow well to me. The singing on the end of Ghost Town and Dej Loaf on Violent Crimes are the best moments on the album. The project is nothing I’d throw on and just vibe out to. It’s not easy on the ears like Graduation, MBDTF, Late Registration or College Dropout.

    Woke up 10 hours ago, it's 5PM here now. Still can't get what JR did out of my head, replaying that s--- in my head over and over again. Ultimate disbelief just like when Beast Mode didn't rush the ball. Sweep incoming

    Critics and the artsy cool kid crowd won’t agree. But to the average consumer rap fan KOD is much more satisfying on the ears and more accessible. Nothing on Ye comes to close to the catchiness as Kevin’s Heart or ATM or the emotion provoked on Once An Addict and Window Pain
