    Fam all of these rappers are f---ing idiots bro. Saw that first hand when I went to studio sessions and parties while I was in LA. Was also there with some dude who throws up parties where Drake and J. Prince show up so I heard a lot of s---, but f--- that, won't spread some more gossip. I don't know bout 40, but that pornstar baby momma s--- would leak sooner than later anyway.

    Yep, can’t wait to hear it. Cole been on a tear ever since he went off on American Dream. Come Thru and Chill feature was good, but every feature since has been Afucking1. Say Na probably my least fav but he still comes correct on that joint and it’s outside his box so extra props to Cole

    Cole and probably Pusha are 2018 MVP’s. KOD solid throughout, no corny cuts, features A+. Pusha went off on Daytona and sonned Drake.

    Change my mind.

    I’d probably give the nod to Cole since he put out more content. Plus Pusha can’t make emotionally charged/from the heart songs as good as Cole (Once An addict and Window Pain) h--- nobody can. And Cole got the hits with KOD, ATM and Kevin’s Heart

    Beef losses don’t really hurt careers. Drake decimated Meek a few years ago but Meek has gotten bigger than ever and has put out better quality s---

    What type of workouts y’all been doing lately? Ive been completely off weightlifting since May (was getting too bulky) and now I’ve been doing power yoga 2-3 days a week and treadmill twice a week..pretty good paced walks on steep incline to burn fat. I feel more limber and lean now. I was about 230 when lifting heavy and now I fluctuate between 200-205

    Cardio 7 days a week. An hour running every day. 2 hours cardio on Wednesday and Sunday (running and boxing on these two days...just running in the hour days)
    I lift 6 days a week. Very light though. I’ve went from 205 to 195 since January 1, 2018. I’ve always been very lean so, it took me going Keto to lose those 10Ibs.
