    You drive or walk around here and I swear he's the biggest rapper. Heard Middle Child a hundred times since it came out from other cars or food places.

    Middle Child was the perfect cut for Cole to drop. It’s an anthem and sets things up for the year. Who knows if it’ll even be on a project? Smart to drop it. Hype around him is as high as it’s ever been tbh

    I dont think there is a chance. I feel if cole was dropping he wouldve announced the album by now.

    I feel like if there is an album coming Monday or something, he could always announce it tomorrow, or just do a surprise drop and it’ll still do numbers.

    Is this legit? A song Cole has completed? Holy s---, the content is unlike anything I’ve heard in hip hop.

    Edit: ok it’s just the plot of that book

    Another nugget I noticed is Cole spits “conscious” bars on verse 2 with the continuous melodic flow to represent the younger generation. You don’t really hear Social Justice bars rapped in a melodic way. The auto tune isn’t the only part of the song he’s repping for the younger generation. It’s dope he how he laid out the melodic verses, auto tune and socially conscious bars to appeal to all generations of hip hop
