    Why 4YEO is so low for most of you ? lmao
    For me, the quality of the writing and the production is pure alchemy. Sometimes, I just got the intro in the head and I play the album without skipping any tracks.

    It didn’t jump off the page sonically. A very slow paced, low energy and low replay value album.

    The concept give no other choice than being slow paced
    I don't think that it is slow energy the first three songs are powerful. Plus it had folding clothes :jordanlaff:

    But I get it and understand your point of view

    In terms of concept, and how it is executed, yes. The problem is that it's maybe too well executed.
    And in terms of variety it's his less varied album.

    But I like your taste

    I just don’t listen to those the same way I used to. Probably just gotten older; tbh and can’t relate as much.

    Generally, I just think that’s he’s gotten a lot better in terms of vocal performance, production and concept execution.

    Those are definitely nostalgic favorites cuz of where I was at in my life when they came out. But if we’re talking about what I’d want to listen today; that’s my list.
