Watching nelly vs Luda verzuz brought back many memories, the early 2000s is a lil under appreciated. I remember where I was around the time all them tracks dropped , s--- was nostalgic af, I was 7 , 8, and 9 years old . Pretty sure country grammar was one of favorite tracks back then.. I’m glad my mother never kept me and sisters sheltered and away from s--- lol, so many ppl even n----s who are rappers today said they got into rap late cause they parents didn’t let them listen to rap which is crazy to me. My ma went to church but still brought me CDs and all lol. Listened to whatever I wanted to listen to. I think being that my dad didn’t go to church, so he listened to a lot of that s--- too lol, think I got both sides, the church and the streets. Probably why me and my siblings are balanced now lol

I’ve been thinking , maybe them n----s are somewhere ducked off, working on that album, cause both of them been ghost through these whole pandemic. Ain’t no way they are still working on their solo albums, Kendrick especially, it’s been bout 3 years almost (or it might just been 3) I understand spending time with the fam, but come on bruh lol, ain’t that much spending in the world, when you know you gotta work. so they are working on something , they are artists , they stay in the stu.

man at this point they need to put their pride to the side, or whatever it is they got going on, ego? and drop that collab, cause I’m tired of hearing and seeing about it lol. I ain’t gotta have it personally, but it would be nice. Clearly the fans want it, the s--- would do huge numbers, would be the biggest collab since watch the throne.. them saying it all comes down to having time is dumb af, all these artists who done dropped collars over the years and they really acting like they can’t just get in a studio and record an album?? I make it make sense... if that really was the case all these years, these last 2 months was the perfect time to get it in. Maybe they both are in some exclusive location with both their families recording together, maybe Kendrick is in nc at the sheltuh with Cole , maybe cole is in LA. Who tf knows at this point with them weird complicated a--- n----s
