    It’s gonna get quite a few 8-9/10 or 4/5 reviews. And also a lot of 5-6/10 (2.5-3/5) reviews.

    “Cole is a hungry and passionate stalwart but The Off-Season lacks the cohesive narrative of 4YEO and KOD.” 2.5/5. Lol something like that.

    @Rikki g Critics are weird. Kendrick would have 30 reviews by now. The Black Keys already have 14 reviews on Metacritic. Jorja Smith has 6 for a f---ing EP. Neither of them come close to Cole in popularity. I swear some labels pay critics to write reviews for more buzz.

    They got the Kendrick ones prewritten. I love Kendrick but if he made an album of all fart sounds he’d get the same reviews and they’d talk about “how bold he is for speaking on something that everybody does”. Lmao

    That Pride is the devil to Hunger on hillside run is Goat. But man that 95 south intro my favorite rapping intro since dreams & nightmares. Plus Amari is amazing, my life is one of best songs, verses from applying pressure and punchin the clock are amazing, and production on 100 mill is banging, Coles verses not bad either. Interlude was dope by itself, but so much better in context of the album. I’m trying to think of the one thing I don’t like. On all his albums it’s always that one or two things. It was hello on FHD, Motiv8 on KOD, Folding Clothes and She mine on 4yeo, too many “radio” songs on Born Sinner and it was a long album, Sideline it was workout. I guess it would have something to do with 100 mil (even though I really like) but only because everything else on Off-season is better IMO.
